1. What we collect

This policy describes the ECHVO website at echvo.com and the information involved when you browse it or choose to contact us.

Information you send

• Website forms: If you submit a form on this website, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, trade, service area, and message, along with the page you sent it from.
• Audit inquiries and email: If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever business, website, service-area, project, or contact details you include.
• Direct conversations: If we continue a conversation, we receive the information you choose to provide in that exchange.

Website form submissions are processed and stored by Webflow, our website platform, and delivered to ECHVO so we can respond.

Technical information

When you load a website, your browser sends technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and the pages or assets requested, to the services that deliver the site. ECHVO uses Webflow to host the website and external services to deliver some assets, including fonts and video.

2. How we use information

• To read and respond to your message, discuss a requested audit, and assess whether our services fit your business.
• To keep a record of our business correspondence and any services we agree to provide.
• To maintain and protect the website and understand whether it is working as intended.
• To meet obligations that apply to our business.

When you submit a form on this website, you agree that ECHVO may call and email you at the phone number and email you provide about your request and our services, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Email info@echvo.com to ask us to stop calls or emails.

Text messages (SMS)

Text messages are optional. If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, ECHVO may text the mobile number you provide about your inquiry, free audit, scheduled calls and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms.

We do not share mobile information for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files that websites or embedded services may place in your browser. Similar technologies can help deliver a page, remember a setting, or measure activity. Depending on the tools enabled on the published site, ECHVO may use:

Microsoft Clarity’s session replay masks input fields by default. Please still avoid entering sensitive information into an inquiry. If you use a cookie preferences control on this site, your choice there will apply to the tools connected to that control.

4. Who receives information

Information is handled by the services needed to operate the website and communicate with you. That includes Webflow for website delivery and form submissions, and Google Workspace for ECHVO email. If enabled, Google, Microsoft, and Meta process information through the analytics, session replay, and advertising tools described above. We may use other service providers for agreed client work; this website policy will be updated if additional tools are connected to site inquiries.

We may disclose information when needed to comply with applicable law or to protect the website and our business.

Mobile information and text messaging: We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Your choices

• What you send: You can browse the site without sending an audit request. Please avoid putting passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
• Browser controls: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some site features may work differently if cookies are disabled.
• Analytics: Google provides a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. It does not control other analytics tools.
• Advertising: You can review Google ad settings and Meta ad preferences.
• Future marketing: If ECHVO offers optional promotional messages, you can ask us to stop sending them using the contact address below.

6. Requests and privacy rights

You can contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review your request and respond in line with applicable law and any records we need to retain. We may need to verify that the request comes from you before making a change.

We keep business correspondence for as long as needed to respond, provide any agreed services, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable obligations. The exact period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was received.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or email service can promise complete security. Please do not send sensitive credentials or payment details through a site inquiry.
