How ECHVO text messages work: what we send, how to opt in and out, and how to get help.

ECHVO is a trade name of CTU Consulting LLC (1775 Tysons Blvd, McLean, VA 22102). We send text messages to business owners who ask us to, about their inquiry, free marketing audit, scheduled calls and follow-ups. Messages are sent by our team to people who opted in; we never text purchased or rented lists.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on a form on echvo.com and submitting the form. The box is not checked for you, and you can submit a form without checking it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. After you opt in, we may send a confirmation text.
3. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and scheduled calls. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time; STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. You can also email info@echvo.com to ask us to stop.
5. Help
Reply HELP to any text for help, or email info@echvo.com.
6. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless carriers.
